Only the cover is different - giving new meaning to the adage: Don't judge a book by its cover.

"Apparently adults might have felt the illustration on the kids' version wasn't grown-up enough, so the publisher also released a version that looks more like a "grown-up book," which looks like this.

Is there any difference between them other than the cover and binding? Is there a difference in content?

Nope, the writing is exactly the same.

They've done the same thing with the Terry Pratchett Discworld books - released them in covers more acceptable to adults frightened to be seen reading a 'kids' book in case they get teased by the other commuters on the train."

We get this question once every couple of days, and the answer is still the same.

The only difference is the covers between adult and childrens, everything else is the same. Including the swear words.

Just the covers are different. For example, the chlids version of The Deathly Hallows is bright, colourful and depicts Harry, Hermoine and Ron with treasure and the adult cover is dark and depicts the locket with an S on it.

there is no such thing as a stupid question only stupid answers, if you do not know the answer you must ask the question to gain it, other people may not know something that you do,
by the way there is no difference between the books except the cover

Yeah, the covers are a little more sophisticated for those adults who are ashamed to be reading a kids' book on the tube!
