How do you find the Plaza?

Question

I'd love to eat at Cheesecake Factory on the Plaza, but don't quite know how to get there. I'll be coming from Liberty, Missouri, on I-35 South, if that helps! Make the directions easy, use "left" or "right" and street names. I'm a woman and missed out on Cub Scouts so I'm not too good with north and south stuff! Thanks!

Here's the route involving the fewest turns:

Stay on I-35 South through downtown. Exit on SW Trafficway (left exit). You can take that all the way to 47th St. Take a left on 47th St. At this point you will be in the Plaza. Stay on 47th for about a half mile until you see the CF on your right hand side right before J.C. Nichols Parkway.

You'll take I-35 south until you hit 71. Sometime before that 29 and 35 will become the same highway, but don't worry. Take 71 south until Swope Parkway exit. Take a right. Keep going for a few miles, and you'll see the Plaza soon enough.

The downtown loop can be confusing, so be careful not end up on the Paseo!

OrakTheBold had it right its on the left side of the street (north side) its usualy pretty crowded allow at least 45 minutes to be seated
