of course you should tell a potential partner if you are hiv positive- if you have a honest and trusting relationship with such a person they will educate about hiv virus. practicing safe sex is a must anyway wether you tell them or not!! i do th8ink you should tell the person in my opinion- n if they run a mile then would you really want to be with someone so small minded really??

it is incorrect, specific. i'm specific that they already understand that "risk-free intercourse" isn't risk-free. it is in basic terms too volatile to place somebody's existence of their own hand. And to assert the two are helpful ability no longer something and differences no longer something, they are getting into assuming that the different individual does no longer have HIV. If somebody knowingly has intercourse with yet another, helpful or no longer, without revealing their status, they are, in essence, asserting that they do no longer care approximately different's properly being. on the different hand, it is the significant different's accountability to ask. for the reason which you (or whoever) needless to say is attentive to the way confusing it is to show that significant suggestions, how confusing do you think of it could be for somebody to ask you? in basic terms be honest is the base line.

Yes.

And about HIV people, dont you think they should all be sent to Madagascar and then there would be none left. Of course give them a decnet life until they eventually die but when it ends the problem will be gone. Plus they could all just sex eachother up on a paraidse island.

Of course I would, there's still a chance a condom could break & they have the right to know about any serious potential risks to their health. They should be allowed to make that decision.

Of course I would tell a potential partner. It would be cruel not to tell, to be honest.

legally you have to tell them, despite this anyone with morals would do anyway, how would you feel if you had say a one night stand and then you found out they were hiv?

If you give someone HIV or AIDS knowingly (and they don't know you have ti) you can be prosecuted, best case scenario assault worst man-slaughter. So yes it's best to.

you would have to be. it's a potential death sentence. you would have to practise safe sex all the time, its only fair for that person to make his/her own mind up if he wants to enter a sexual relationship with you
