3800+ Overclock?

I've never overclocked before. How would I overclock an AMD Athlon 64 X2 AM2 3800+ for gaming? I have a gigabyte nForce4 SLi motherboard and 2gb of ddr 800 ram? I have an 8600GTS MSI video card
