Look at the stars sometime. All of us got most of our atoms from them.
All of us share the same air, the same water cycle, the same carbon cycle.
All of us have shared motivations, greatnesses and fears.
Yet each of us is genetically unique.So we are unique and the same. It all depends on the aspect you are examining.

That's a very good question...I guess we're all at least a little unique- nobody is quite exactly like us, even if they're really similar.

It's a matter of logic: there's only one of you so you're unique. There are no degrees of uniqueness so "truly unique" is a tautology.
