No. I'm sure Osama gets a good chuckle everytime he hears Dubya's name.
After all, he is a free man able to do what he wants, regardless of murdering 3,000 Americans.

Probably. I think the Middle East is aware that President Bush does what he says.
I also think the Middle east viewed Clinton as a paper tiger, and would have an even lower opinion of his wife (and rightfully so).
