DON'T finance cosmetic surgery. If you need it as reconstructive surgery after an injury, it should be covered by medical insurance. For any other purpose, you don't NEED it. If you can't pay cash, you can't afford things you don't need.

With the person doing the cosmetic surgery. You will probably need collateral anywhere else depending on the size of the loan.

Not something I would consider using credit for.
