Tested? There is NO test that will say if you are or aren't a virgin.

Before doing a pap the doctor will probably ask if you are a virgin (and you should tell him/her the truth). The doctor will be able to tell if you have broken your hymen, but that isn't even a reliable measure of virginity.

You need to tell the doctor if you are a virgin.

A physician is completely different from a GYN doctor. They can test your blood for STD's and such but they won't give you a pap smear. They will ask you if you have had sex so they know to check for STD's in your blood, but if you say no then it's very likely they won't test you and then you won't know.
If you say that you have then they will know that you need to go to the GYN doctor for a pap smear.
If you are having sex please make sure to be honest about it with your doctors.

There is a test that determines if you are still a virgin it's called a pap smear. GYN doctors know if you are a virgin because your insides indicate it.

It is now common practice for any woman over the age of 18 to get a pap smear. Doctors say that you should get one either when you begin having sex, or turn 18, whichever comes first.
However, the doctor should not do one without telling you or asking you first. Because these tests do cost money, they should tell you that they're going to do it before hand, so you always have the option of not doing it.

anal intercourse is considered sex. if you let your boyfriend "stick it up your butt", then you have had sex and should be tested for STD's regardless of whether your boyfriend used a condom or not.
if you haven't had vaginal intercourse, then you probably won't need a pap smear. in any case, if your hymen is intact the GYN wont be able to do the pap smear - he/she wont deliberately rupture the hymen.
some might assume that you are still a virgin due to the intact hymen. you need to tell them about the anal intercourse so that they evaluate you thoroughly.

addendum:
if the head of his penis or any of his body fluids (semen, blood, etc) came into contact with a "mucous membrane" (the pink lining on the inside of the anus, mouth, vagina), or on a cut in your skin, then you might want to get tested for your own peace of mind. its just a few blood tests. They wont do a pap smear.
