My insurance say I have to pay the deductible,b'cause they paid for the repairs.But it was not my fault due to it was an act of God.

doesn't matter. try making God pay your deductible.

You ALWAYS pay the deductible when you make a claim on your vehicle. The deductible is what keeps your insurance rates at a lower amount. You certainly can't sue the one at fault.

The deductible is part of a contract you signed with the insurance company.

It doesn't matter whose fault it was. You signed a contract agreeing to pay the deductible. Pay it.
