lol! Oh, I won't lose any sleep over how ever many thumbs down I get!
I had a friend who loved the FAMILY bathrooms, b/c she didn't have to be gawked at (or judged), and it had comfy chairs, and it was clean, and even a little area for her other kids to play. I guess that's not what ppl thought I was talking about!

I guess some people thought that you were saying to stay out of public or something. but you did have some good points. I know my sister is uncomfortable breast feeding in public, even in the same room with me. so it depends on the woman. I've never had a baby but that's my take on your situation.

You had the nerve to disagree with a mob of flashers/exhibitionists. Look, I had a baby and I breastfed myself, but flashing other people is just never appropriate. Breastfeeding is natural, but so is excreting, picking your nose, taking a shower, taking out dentures, etc. Some necessary things are just private, that's all there is to it.

I agree with you. You have said nothing wrong. It's just that questions like that tend to attract fanaticists of one particular view and the askers aren't really looking for honest opinions, they are looking for justification for their inappropriate behavior.

Give me all the thumbs down you want! I will defend the right of people to not be exposed to inappropriate public behavior for life!

People get their panties in a bunch, don't worry, I get thumbs down all the time..mostly cause I just wanna be smart ***, unless it is an answer I know a lot about it..but sometimes people freak on subjects, I personally found nothing wrong with your answer, and I kind of agree, it's not fun trying to eat a nice juicy burger at a restaurant and all of a sudden you look up and see a big ole boobie and a kid hanging off of it...so..oh well....Good Luck with future answers!

It was not the answer the answerer was looking for and everyone else decided to give you one because it was short and not a satisfying answer. you may have gotten 37 thumbs down but look on the bright side you got 25 thumbs up.

i've got idolized HBK for the reason that i began out watching WWF/WWE. yet i've got consistently theory Undertaker became the best wrestler. maximum possibly, Undertaker will win. the only way they could enable him lose is that if he's retiring, his WM streak is his legacy, without it he could aswell in basic terms retire. to no longer point out, HBK already performed a victory to his checklist ultimately 3 hundred and sixty 5 days's WM24 by ending Ric aptitude's occupation. So, as I reported. maximum possibly the Undertaker.

I don't think you said anything wrong, although the breast feeding mothers think everyone should accept them doing it while people are trying to eat or have their young children twisting their heads around to look. I breast fed, and I didn't go and flop it out and stick my baby to the end of it, and some women are not descreet about doing it either. They will just lift their shirt, and even though I am a woman, I just think they need to cover it up. I just do not understand them doing it in public, just like they do not understand us feeling uncomfortable seeing them having their special bonding moment while breast feeding. Some mom's can breast feed, and you never know it is being done. Now let's see how many thumbs down I can get.

Actually, I agree with your response. The problem people had with it is probably they feel they should have the right to do as they please, simply because they are mothers or, more broadly, because they are female. They wish to use their children as a means to excuse their behaviour, in this case saying that their child needs to eat so it's okay to whip out their tit to feed them. That they couldn't do this at any other time doesn't matter to them, and neither does the fact that they could work around their child's feeding time.

BTW Urinating is a natural act, so why can't I then do it in public? And so is having sex. That something is a natural act and when the urge comes then you should be allowed to comply to it is a nonsense argument.

You didn't support the idea that feeding in public places is okay, and you mentioned family bathrooms which takes the mother and baby out of sight of the public eye. I don't want to be eating in a restaurant and see a mother breastfeeding her child. Good grief.

I have never understood why a mother would want to expose herself in public to feed her child. I know what is said, I just don't buy into the reasoning behind it.

Your answer was not offensive nor was it insensitive. Thumbs-up for you.

Because apparently you are a kid who has no idea it is to try to plan around a child getting hungry. BTW I do agree that they should bring a blanket to cover themselves, that is what I did. But you are dead wrong about it being a new concept. Women have been breastfeeding in public for way longer than we have even had bottles. Not to mention America is one of the only countries that it is considered taboo most of the world openly accepts it without even batting an eye.

WOW! You sure did offend a lot of breast baring moms out there didn't you? I'm sorry. I gave you a thumbs up just now because I agree with you. Please use a blanket ladies not all of us want to see a human milking in public!
Same with the dang diapers! Why do moms think that is cute? Why do they dispose of them in public places other than in a restroom? I can't wipe my butt at a restraunt table, please don't do it with a baby!
YUCK!!!!!!!

Not everything that is "natural" needs to be on display!
