Belief that children can see spirits or ghosts?

My 2 yr old (soon to be 3) has talked about 3 or 4 different people since he was able to put crude sentences together. All of which he has said come to visit him, play with him, or stay in his room..? At the youngest time it was "Man". "Man" kinda scared him and he always repeated that "Man" was going to hit daddy on the head and hurt him. Then it was a woman..never gave her an actual title I guess, but she was pretty, young, smiled a lot and liked to dance. Now it is T.D. A boy bigger than him not bigger than me(mommy) with brown hair and eyes, sometimes he is nice, sometimes not so..my son says he doesn't live here but comes around and plays in his room..I asked where T.D. came from and Every time my son says the sky, momma, he comes from the sky. In the middle of some of this some of his battery operated toys started going off by themselves..his father said they had shorts in them but it only happened when his father wasn't home. (i.e. toys don't have selective shorts in them) ..huh

or is this just a little boy's imagination?

Have you thought these Spirits that come and play with your son could be children that have past over and miss their earthly life or even family members children that have past over they will not hurt your son in any way I will try to explain why he can see them and you can't

When my son was 2 1/2 he was playing in the kitchen I heard him talking to someone but I was not concerned since most toddlers talk to their toys. When it was time for lunch I went in to the kitchen to fix us something to eat. It was very warm in there and it smelled like cookies!! I asked my son what he had been doing and he said he was playing with his friend a little girl. I didn't pay much attention to it since he had a very vivid imagination. A week latter my niece came over to spend the night, she is about the same age. Again they were playing in the kitchen and when i walked in it was warm and it smelled like cookies. When the landlord came by a month latter to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. He asked if i was baking cookies. I told him no and then told him the rest of the story he just laughed but that was it. Latter that week his wife called he had told her what i had said she asked me to ask my son what his friends name was, so i did he said her name was Rebbecca. When i told her that she stated to cry. Her niece's name was Rebbecca she was only 6 when she passed away her favorite thing to do was play in the kitchen while her mom baked cookies!! My son who is now 19 STILL remembers that and so does my niece. I do believe that somehow children are more receptive than most adults. I don't believe the people your son sees are eveil may be just mischiveus. (you would know if they were eveil) you should as someone else already suggested, research the history of the house you might find out just who T.D. is or was!!

Children are straight from the spirit world, so to say, if you believe in reincarnation...
Their minds are not polluted by religion or politics, they are pure and innocent in the ways of our world...
They are very susceptible to the other worlds, that is one of the absolute joys of being a child...

Since 1984 there has been a new kind of child born on this planet, that's the Crystal / Indigo Children....
Some of these children are now adults and are slowly starting to do their job...
These children are here for a number of reasons, the main one being to fix up the mess we have made of the Planet...
I suggest you either do a net search or buy some books on the Crystal / Indigo Children, you may be quite surprised to find that you have one...

I have heard that children for some unknown reason are more susceptible to seeing ghostly figures than adults. I had found a web site but can't remember it right now that has articles of this type on their web site. As far as the things in your sons room "shorting" out? I have heard of that too, that when there is a presence electrical things will start to act weird too.

I'm searching for answers to these same questions. But I can definitely tell you it is not just his imagination. My son is three and he says things that there is no way a three year old would say that for any reason. He sees all kinds of things, one time it was my grandpa who passed away last year. My son had only met him once when he was two months old. Yet the next morning when I showed him a picture he said "Yeah that's grandpa, he scared me last night" Just keep hanging on and try not to let your fear rub off on him. (Sometimes I am very afraid) I think the most important thing is to teach him not to be scared. Good luck!

If there was a spirt world i think childern are more likely to see things because they dont analyse it. There was a program i wached where this boy told his mum/farther that he was explaining what he saw and discribing the place where he used to live in his first life which i know isnt the same as your discribing but its along the same lines, in the end of that story they found out where it was and it was exactly as discribed so yes i think they can see some things.

its not your sons imagination... when i was about 6or7( if im not wrong) i saw a fren which my mom cant see. she tought it was my imaginary fren.. i told her that he was real and needed me to help him tell him fren how much he loved her... my mom was angry that i was lieing to her( so she tought was lieing).. one day i went out alone (well with my ghost fren)
to find his frren... when i found her.. i explained to her... she belived me and told the boy she loved her too.. the day after that... i found a box of chocolet in my room .. a card was from the boy.. his name was T.D... and i was helped in school alot... if some one tried to bully me... he would have the kid get a cut or anything like that.... usual.. kids would me able to see ghost befor 10.. after 10..their "eye" would close.. but some still would be open.. onli some.. and i am one of them... pls dun hurt your son cause he thinks he saw a person... wait till he i 10 ater his 10th b.day... i might not be able to see... and it will all be over... just wait

^It might be his imagination, but remember children and animals as well are intuitive, sensitive, pure they aren't tainted in their thinking and are open to all experiences, so it is possible he is seeing and/or hearing spirits.

I would check out the history of your house if you can. Usually spirits stay for two reasons, one reason is unfinished business but most likely if it was an untimely death and they don't know they are dead. Blessed be.

My daughter sees things that adults can't see sometimes..she is seven...I believe children can see spirits...My mother tells me that as a child I had a little friend I would talk to and play with that she couldn't see...so yes all the things that you listed very well could be happening...maybe he has a gift and if you are open to it...and it sounds like you are...I would be supportive of him and what he says...peace and God bless

why else would he be saying that?
its obviously some ghost, ufo or something abnormal.
find ghost hunters.
heres a test to see if there is one in his room.
leave a piece of paper with a pen and a quarter. trace the quarter and keep it there. if the quarter moves over night ( thats if no one touched it) then theres a ghost
