I would like to know because I have always wanted a chance to try out at an audition to know how well I can do.

Well that ain't the way you find out. You will find out if you tryout for your school plays. Professional work takes an agent, an agent takes real talent and experience and an interesting look.

Well, it really depends on where you live. A start try Craig's list in your city for auditions. (under Gigs). You must go out and get a good headshot, with a resume of your talents and experiences on the back when you hit these auditions. Break a Leg, Sweetie!

Audition information is not made available to the general public. You can audition for amateur stuff where the competition is not as fierce.
