My personal favorites are Crown Royal and Absolute Vodka and Mezcal Tequila. I usually call the worm but if it's for a nervous breakdown, I let you have it this time. Cheers!

Since I no longer imbibe, this recommendation is coming from memory...and a hazy one at that. But as I recall, Tequila is a fine accompaniment down the path of emotional destruction. Take a designated keeper.

i don't think it was a nervous breakdown, just a breakdown in general.

It depends on whether you're trying to cause or remedy one. To cause one, I would suggest large quantities of high proof liquor over an extended period. To remedy one, reduce intake as much as possible and consult a psychiatrist.

Depends. If you want to kill the pain without killing yourself, you go for ethyl alcohol. If you want to kill yourself and the pain simultaneously, you go for methyl alcohol.
