I think rendezvous & docking would be very easy... maintaining the 'hard-dock' would be much easier with gravity.

Difficult.
Ever try to have sex on a water bed with satin sheets? You can't get any traction.
In zero gravity, you don't even have the satin sheets. You're just *floating* there, with nothing to push against.

pretty rubbish staying attached would be awkward plus the drop in blood pressure due to micro gravity would make getting and maintaining an erection much more difficult than on earth.
Without air the body will get much hotter plus sweat would fly away from the body making it even harder to cool down

You'd have to hold on tight or use a harness. Holding on tight might be the most fun, though you'd probably crash into the walls mid coitus. You'd have to actually move your partner back and forth, rather than moving yourself, so it would take some practice to get the rythem right. And I hope you aren't getting sweat smeg and jizzz all over the controls--please, get a storage room.

Most Sci Fi writers agree that you need to anchor yourself or it don't work. Wouldn't mind trying though.
