1: 1993 Firebird Formula 89,000 miles with bad rotors (rear) but everything else is perfect
2: A 2000 Pontiac firebird (v6) with a bad window motor, 107,000 miles, burning oil, screwed up shift knob?

Just wondering.

1) $3500 allowing for a full brake job in the rear

2) $2900 because a motor that is burning oil is not going to last. The motor is most likely going to need to be rebuilt soon
Replacing the window motor is about a $100 job!

Prices based on actual dealer auction results.

This is not an offer to buy either car!

I would be suspicious of buying either of those cars. If the owner tells me it's not running right and all that is needed is a simple brake job and carburetor adjustment, or not shifting properly and all that is needed is a new shift knob, well, if it is such a simple problem why didn't he himself go spend a hundred dollars on a brake job?

no more than 1000 or 1200 for the 93 if it has a good v8. and about 500 to 800 for the other.

1. I think that's a good car- regardless of the high mileage. I'd pay 3,000- tops.
2. now this you'll probably get 1,500 for tops... probably less.

Personally, I wouldn't pay more than a dollar twenty-five cents for both of them together. They're both dogs, ready to be junkyarded. Good luck!
