First, learn acting. You simply cannot land an agent with no experience. Do not focus on the agent. Focus on the acting.
Your worth in this Industry is solely dependant on how much money you can make for other people. You represent a commodity, no different from an orange juicer or an iPhone.
Be a better orange juicer than the millions of other orange juicers out there, and you will be sold. That's right, sold. It is, after all, called Show Business.
Take classes, gain experience, learn a trade, be the best durn orange juicer you are capable of being, then and only then, put yourself on the market.

A possibility, not a likelihood. An acting career is a lifelong thing. You can start where you are and build on it. You don't just get an agent and start work. The agent and the auditions come WAY after you start training. Besides, most of the roles for people your age are played by 18 year olds who look younger. Most actors need to have another job their whole lives. It's not what you think it is, believe me. If you want to do it you can do it. But you have to be realistic about it or you'll be disappointed. Don't listen to people who tell you "anything is possible." To them I say "Inhale a Cadillac into your lungs through a drinking straw." Not possible, is it? Shoot for what you actually CAN accomplish. Being a famous TV star ain't a realistic possibility. Being a good actor who books jobs and also works at something else IS. The Disney question is asked every day. You seem sharper than most of the rest. So I gave you a more thorough answer. You may actually take the advice. Luck.
