Go to this page at Amazon.com. Hit the "search inside this book" text on the left side. "The Lost Follower" can be read on pages 157 and 158 by entering the name of the poem into the search function. Good luck.

p.s. It was hard to find on-line. I never expected to find it on Amazon even though it is one of the most remarkable sites for books.

If you need more information to help decipher the poem, go to Google Books. Although you can't read the poem in its entirety, there is some fairly good detail available about his poem.
