So heres the story. I recently got new tires for my 2000 camaro from firestone. When I return to get my car they tell me I need a new lugnut for each tire because the ones I have are worn out. So I have to be at work in like a hour so I want to get everything done so I rush to autozone really quick to get the lugnuts. I go to my house to put the lugnuts on and I notice both of my front fenders are kinda warped or crooked and one is even cracked where they raised it up. Ive showed them pictures of what it looked like before I brought it to them even. One minute they say they didn't do it and now we told them to fix it or we take it to court and they said they would pay for it to be fixed and they said they would have someone come give us and estimate on it. Still no word from them since they told us they was going to fix it what should I do?

Send them a certified letter, return recipt requested with all of the facts you've outlined here. Then, if they fail to respond in a reasonable amount of time (two weeks), contact an attorney, your insurance carrier and the BBB; send each copies, including the return receipt. Good luck.

"Kiffin #1" is right, I have had problems with them before. Firestone its self is OK but for some reason their shops are "Sleazy" to say the least. If you can find Firestones "Corporate Address" on-line you might want to send them a copy with the steps you plan on taking. As Kiffin #1 says "Wait No More Then 2 Weeks" Good Luck! Go to a better shop next time. Usually lug-nuts seldom go bad, maybe they messed them up while you were not there?

Take it to a body shop of your choice & get your own estimate. Give the tire store a copy & if they don't pay consult your insurance company about what to do.
They should have insurance to cover accidental damage while they were working on your car.

Think you should take it to a mechanic you know and trust. It sounds like they either lifted it in wrong place i.e. lifting points. Or they dropped it off the jack or lift.
You can possibly have a lot more damage underneath where it can not be seen and will show up later.
anyway that is what it sounds like. Sounds like they jacked it up wrong and it fell off the jack.
