slower than americans? just a lot of people from other countrys are like...empty its weird and i dont mean that to be rude

Maybe it's because they don't speak English as their primary language. Go to the Spanish or Indian forums and see how easy it is. Why can't Americans communicate properly in their own language? The word is foreign, not foreing.

I'm sure they're quite smart and quick in their native language. Many of the immigrants here who drive taxis and work in restaurant kitchens are quite educated in their homelands. I know a man from the former USSR who was a physical therapist over there. Here, he sells hot dogs. I bet even our smartest people here would be judged as thick and dim-witted in another country where they didn't speak the language.

Oh i know what you mean. We call estonians slow too. We have a joks about them. The shortest joke is : Estonian military parashootists were hanging in the air for 2 days and 2 nights.
They also talk slow, make you fall asleep.
We dont have slow people, we have slow gov.

:: well if you was in a completely different country && hardly know the language you wouldnt be getting around to hastily either . you dont know what happened to those people before they came to the states . their just wary i guess ::
