I would have to say Gambit (x-men). As for the ones that came out on movie not to long ago it would be a tie between The Human Torch and Daredevil.

BATMAN
I always thought he was "sexy" in that costume in an animated, kinda way, lol. he's tall, dark, handsome and brave. the perfect superhero! IMO, batman has the most memorable villians, as well.
