It's a latex paint I guess. I have some paint thinner for the brushes. Can I use that to get the paint up off the floor? Or how else can I get it up? Please help!

Soap and water should work. Why didn't you clean it up right away while it was wet? You wouldn't even be asking this question. If soap and water doesn't work, paint thinner will be no problem. You'll definitely want to wash the floor after using the paint thinner, though.

If its Latex paint, just use soap and hot water. If it is dry try using a putty knife with the soap and hot water.
