A Mexican Senate committee passed a measure Wednesday urging President Felipe Calderon to send a diplomatic note to the United States protesting the deportation of an illegal migrant who took refuge in a Chicago church for a year.

The committee also approved a scholarship to help her 8-year-old U.S.-born son, Saul, who is an American citizen and stayed in the United States.

Elvira Arellano, 32, became an activist and a national symbol for illegal immigrant parents by defying her deportation order and speaking out from her sanctuary in the Adalberto United Methodist Church. She announced last week that she was leaving to try to lobby U.S. lawmakers for immigration reform.

My thoughts have always been that the Mexican Senate is deliberately pushing their people to our Country. Then they turn it around and make the United States appear guilty of abusing the Mexican Illegals. *** backwards to the core. America should send Mexico a big bill , for enduring what we have in regards to the abuse from the Mexican Government. Lets all try run South. I bet the Mexican Senate would do the same thing that America has done to protect our Borders.

Well considering they want to Annex Mexico and the United States into one country and Mexico is one of the richest Nations in the world, but fails to meet the needs of their own people so the people think they need to migrate to our country to get a better life when we are about to be dissolved as a country and yet people refuse to see the trouble with adding a third world nation to an industrialized nation it would dissolve any prosperity we have left.

Annie Oakley hates criminals but loves illegals (criminals)!
Family of 4 illegals cost taxpayers $30,000.00 + each year in medical care, food stamps, housing dollars, etc., etc.,

Where does any foreign country get off attempting to tell US senate what they should provide for criminals from their country. Mexico is invading this country and taking it over while our gonadless politicians help reduce our standard of living to that of other 3rd world countries. California must build a school-a-day to just keep up with the influx of illegals. Who pays for that? put NAU or amero or nafta highway in your browser if you really want ot know what is happening.

We must not keep caving in to the demands of NON citizens at the expense of CITIZENS.
If Elvira Arellano AND the Mexican government care for her child, they will welcome her home and assist them at THEIR expense.
It is all about the MONEY!
They want money and as you well know, the elitist Mexican cultural structure isn't going to provide ANYTHING for the POOR citizens of Mexico. They want US to support her and then they can take their cut of those funds.

Again I'll ask --- why all this rage? Objectively, especially given our current political situation and the war, it makes not a lick of sense.

QUERY: WHY DO ALL THE CONSERVATIVES AROUND HERE FEEL THE NEED TO CAPITALIZE SO MANY WORDS? Just curious.

I think that I love people and don't like referring to them as "illegal aliens". I think the living conditions in Mexico are inhumane. I feel sorry for people who have to flee their country.

I know many Mexicans. None of them are criminals. All of them are kind, loving, hard-working people. I don't give a rat's a** if they're here legally or not. As long as they obey the law. They aren't hurting me in any way, whatsoever.

Are they hurting you? Did one of them take your job? Or, are they doing jobs that you're too good to do?

I lived in San Diego. I visited Mexico many times. Have you been there? Who, in their right mind, would force people to live in the inhumane conditions that exist in Mexico?

In my humble opinion, I think racists are worse than illegals.
Criminals come in all sizes and colors. I hate criminals. People who flee inhumane conditions in their own country are not criminals. They're human beings, like some of the rest of us.

Unfortunately, some people think more like animals than humans. (no offense to animals)

Please think-- this woman committed identity fraud. She cleaned airplanes, think of the security risk, what if she had planted a bomb that would have killed lots of people. Her true identity was not known by the airlines.
We need to tell Mexico, we are sending all their criminals back.

I think if she came here illegally she should shut the fvck up!!!! If she wants to stay in the states she should go home, apply, and do it legally. She broke the law and deserves to be punished!!
