It shouldn't be hard to prove, but can we take them to court? Can citizens appeal directly to U.S. Supreme court for redress?

The way to deal with members of congress that continually vote against your wishes is to vote them out.

I don't think there is any redress to take on issues like this, if there is a law passed that can be shown to be unconstitutional yes then the Supreme Court can overrule it. I am just not sure how the supreme court's jurisdiction can be used to impact something like a program or projects set up by congress that involves kickbacks, to me it first still needs to go to the Congressional ethics or oversight committees. But maybe we might be lucky and have a constitutional law expert on line to let us know if the jurisdiction can be established.

No. Unlike the President, members of Congress may not be called into court for what they do in the House or the Senate

Wish we could, heck I just wish some cases that were rejected would be held before the Supremes.

I would like for us to be able to recall and vote for all in Congress, they hurt us as much as ours do, why not.
