If the website starts to describe how the government organized the attack, then you know that you have a false-information site. The greatest proof against US government involvement is the number of people that would have to be involved and the requirement that ALL of them never utter a word about it.
Opposite that, we have a group, al-quida, that had the capabilities to do it, took credit for the attacks, and (afterwards) the earlier attack on the World Trade Center was connected with them.
No contest. It was an outside job.

Good luck attempting to arrive at absolute truth.
Simply do a web search with keywords like "9/11" (without quote marks), pehaps Yahoo!, Google, etc.
