If so, what are they? Sometimes I will take fish oil, 5-HTP, green tea extract, L-Dopa, folic acid, or L-Theanine depending on what I want to accomplish at the time.

I take a vitamin every day.

I also like to do a good detox once or twice a year.

I modify my diet as recommended and then take either burdock root, or red clover leaf, etc...or some combination thereof per the instructions on the bottle until gone.

I like green tea, also, except I drink it as tea instead of using an extract.

Does the fish oil leach? I mean, is it like garlic where you can only take so much before Everyone Knows?

I do keep Iron in the house but I only take it when I feel l've let myself become anemic.

I try to eat Yogurt fairly regularly as it is supposed to help ingestion during digestion.

I take lycopene, lutene and biotin for my eyese. It really works, I see brighter and clearer in one half hour. If I eat fresh carott s or spinach with those, it adds carotene for even better results. I take lysene and zinc also.. Zinc activates the lysene. Lysene promotes cell division. This does two things for me: increases sperm production (really works, results next day.) and decreases a minor virus problem I have. (it does this because when a cell splits, the virus stays in the old half. When the older half dies, it is gotten rid of by the body. Hence virus is kept under control. As the zinc helps the lysene, the lysene will increase the effect of any anti-virus drug by about one half.)
I also 'take" a lot of olive oil (dark olive oil is stronger.) Olive oil is high in iodine which is bonded to the oil. This has much more effect than iodized salt. The glands are soaking in oil, the oil soluable vitamins go there and the iodine is a catalyst in all this. The lungs and sinuses clear themselves much better, helping in dust and allergy problems. The iodized oil also helps the joints feel more "oily" and less creaky. I take it for arthritis problem in the spine. I eat 1/2 cup with good bread 3 to 4 times a week. Works well and can feel it in 20 min.
When I can I get absolutely fresh string beans and eat them raw. There is a delicate chemical in them that deteriorates 2 days after picking. String beans, absolutely fresh and un-cooked, make the vision clearer, sharper and make the brain sharper, smarter. Effect happens in ten min. and lasts 2 or 3 days.
How do you like That ??

Just a good daily vitamin for Over 50. In the winter I take a few things during cold season. Other than that, just good food, lots of veggies.

Usually just calcium since I don't drink alot of milk, or eat alot of dairy. I don't want to risk osteoporosis later in life.
