Watching the LLWS is almost as painful as listening so Stephen A. Smith talk. I'm not sure what they could show as an alternative, but I wouldn't spend my time watching kids playing baseball. I'd rather watch replays of classic games, or even a lesser sport.

Nope, doesn't bother me. It's better than poker, PTI, and whatever else they decide to put on because there are no games going on. On my days off I hardly ever watch ESPN in the afternoon anymore. You know what Major League Baseball needs to do? Schedule at least one day game per day and give it to ESPN as "ESPN DayGame." Risk the overexposure. Die-hard baseball fans will watch it. I mean after all I'm sitting here at work watching the Red Sox-White Sox game on MLB.TV and I don't care about either team really. But it's baseball and it's on. So I'm watching it.

Not at all I like watching it especially when a town near me is playing. I love rooting for my home state and its great for the kids to get to have a chance in the spotlight. Mike Rando who made the amazing catch from Walpole must be having the best time of his life, being featured on ESPN daily. Its great and theres nothing else to watch. LLWS rocks!

Absolutely not! This is the kids time to shine and they deserve it. I like watching them play because they encompass the purity of the game as it should be played! FOR THE LOVE OF IT! Those kids play their hearts out and the national spot light brings back a lot of good memories of when we use to play and couldn't wait to get to practice and to feel that excitement as you took the field at the beginning of the season!

Why, you'd rather see more poker or bike riding? ESPN will show just about anything these days. At least this is a sport.

Actually I don't mind at all. It's a good feeling and nice to see players that young actually play because they love to play. I would rather see that than over paid millionaires whining about this and that. Call me crazy.

No, I like it - it is baseball at its best, for love of the game. It is a short period of time - get over it. Watch Fox Sports. Sheesh.

Not at all...I'd rather watch the LLWS than hearing Skip Bayless or Jay Mariotti ramble.
