Aldo Leopold question?

What do you think Aldo Leopold meant by integrity, stability, and beauty of the land? When he was talking about the land ethics?

I have not studied Aldo Leopold's writings. I first heard about him in March of 2004 when I did an overnight camp in the Aldo Leopold Wilderness, which is northwest of Las Cruces, New Mexico. All I know of him is that he was a conservationist. The Aldo Leopold Wilderness is beautiful, and we didn't see a single person when we camped there.
