ShieksonaPlane--I haven't thumbs downed anyone.
I go to questions that aren't one I posted and do that but not on my own questions.
Of course, with the way you talk, you must be outraged over something in your personal life or maybe you get alot ot thumbs downs in your answers to question.
Just learn to be a mature adult.

none dude.
They are all Government puppets spewing out whatever pro war non sense the government wants them too.
I guess Olbermann if I had to pick one from MSNBC but the only reason they have him on is to create the illusion of democracy.
NBC / General Electric war profiteers are completely biased and non-objective when reporting on anything but especially the war where they make a profit.
Mainstream news is bought and paid for by the CIA.
Look up Operation Mockingbird.

My favorite news anchor is Sheperd Smith of Fox News.
I like all the news reporters on Fox News.
Why? Because they report the truth in an unbiased way. Because they're fair and balanced. Because so many of the other news people either lie or slant the truth towards the left.

Peter Jennings was my favorite! Now? I suppose Keith Olbermann and Lou Dobbs. (They actually report news that impacts society beyond Paris Hilton.)

I don't watch the local news much anymore.
I like Lou Dobbs, Anderson Cooper, Glenn Beck(Not a journalist), Erica Hill, Bill Oreilly, Sean Hannity, and Alan Colmes ( Yes I like the guy, I fervently disagree with about every other word from him but I like him.)
My Favorite though is Michelle Malkin (Frequent guest host on Oreilly) I get the feeling that any min she is going to come across the desk and hurt someone and she is little.

Well, locally, I go with Jim Gardner of Action News in Philadelphia. I've been watching him since he first got the job when I was a kid. He knows when to take the news seriously and when he can kid.
Nationally, now that Peter Jennings is gone, I like Charlie Gibson on World News Tonight. I think he should have gotten the anchor chair in the first place, not that I don't like the other two (whose names I can't remember off the top of my head), but Charlie should have been first in line. I like him for the same reasons I like Jim Gardner.

Keith Olbermann, MSNBC.
Smart, does his homework, not a "tow the line" network talking head, and uses words with more than two syllables.

That would have to be Jon Stewart from the Daily Show on Comedy Central.
He makes the news more fun and interesting.
