How bad can cramps get int he first trimester if its just the uterus stretching? Everyone has their own definition of "bad". For me, I dont normally get menstrual cramps so any cramps arent good! Im not used to them so in my definition they feel bad. I feel like these are just menstrual cramps and certainly no worse than any I have had in my life associated with a period.

But I've had them for two weeks slightly and the past few days, at 11-14dpo, they're gotten a bit stronger. I guess this would be implantation time if I was preggo. If I am pregnant, how strong can normal cramps get until you start getting worried?

I also feel like my uterus is contracting a little, like little waves and my labia area feels slightly swollen. Like there's extra blood flow there.

Any cramping that is strong enough to take your breath is bad enough to call dr. Also, if the cramps last for several minutes at a time, or if they are getting closer, harder, and longer, you need to call your OB.

All your aches and pains sound compeltly typical to me I had facet pains virtually like I pulled a muscle and I cramped for a couple of weeks after I neglected my interval. It began to get larger regardless that the farther alongside I bought so hold in there it does not final without end!
