I have been trying to conceive for 4 months now with no success. My cylce varies from month to month some months being 29 days other 34-36 days. I got an ovulation kit and it is showing a positive LH surge each month but I am wondering if anyone has has a similar situation and gotten pregnant.
Thanks!

As long as your luteral phase (from when you ovulate to the time your period starts) is no shorter than 9-10 days, then you just have to make sure to baby dance on the right days... I suggest charting your basal body temperature on www.fertilityfriend.com, if you don't already. It's free (only $10 for the basal thermometer), it shows you exactly when you ovulate, and you can keep track of your cycles, ovulation, baby dancing, and OPK's!

examine out the Billings technique--you may get suggestion on line. you are able to tell once you're ovulating whether your cycles are very unusual. this could prepare you to observe your cervical mucus to stumble on your very own physique's alerts. As you start to pay interest on it, you will discover that throughout the process the month the mucus could be thicker, or not even considerable, yet as ovulation techniques it thins out, turns into stringy and egg-whitish--that is once you're fertile and extra probably to conceive. sturdy success attempting lower back!

you may need to regualte your periods first. Talk to a dr, they may want you to go on birth control for a few months to get your cycle regulated. I know the going on the pill seems like you are taking a step backwards, but you can spend months ttc with no success with irregular periods.
