They are both incredible cities, but I'd lean towards Toronto.

The first major benefit is it's surrounding area. There's so much in the GTA. You're only about an hour from the border if you ever want to head into the states to do some shopping.

The culture is unparalleled within Canada. Toronto is such a mult-cultural city you'll always be able to find new stores and restaurants that you've never tried before.

Hmm...that's a tough question. Toronto is a bit more suburban, isn't it? I like the big city feel, so Vancouver is probably more my style. To raise a family, however, I'd go for Toronto. I was born there and my parents said they loved the whole feel of that city. There are also many plays, which are great fun to see. I like how you can pretty much walk anywhere in Toronto, and in Vancouver pretty much as well. I once saw Tom Welling filming Smallville in Vancouver, so I have a good association of the city in my head :)

I visited Vancouver on holiday at the instant, and that i stay in Toronto, so i will say that i could actually stay in Vancouver. the climate is extra helpful and it incredibly is incredibly purifier, you could easily swim on the coastline! Stanley Park is between the perfect factors, and it incredibly is purely plenty greener that Toronto; I felt like i became into in a rainforest marketplace at circumstances. And it incredibly is suited! The perspectives from Lionsgate Bridge are incredible, it SO beats Lake Ontario. Toronto is all flat, yet Vancouver reaches into the mountains, it incredibly is incredibly plenty extra scenic than something in Toronto or the GTA.
