Not a chance, it might load, but run? thats a different story, unlike what was said earlier, you do not need atleast a 7800GTX to run Quake4, what is required is atleast a 9800pro or a 5950 Ultra, also, you would need a fair decent CPU, atleast Pentium 4 2.4GHz with HT.
Quake 4 unlike most new games actually supports multiple cores, this includes HT, so if your PC has more then one core, and/or Hyper-Threading, make sure to click the multicore support option, it will greatly increase your performance.

Possibly NOT. Your card seems to have NO DX9 support. It also runs on the SLOW PCI bus.
Quake 4 minimum requirement is a 64mb card with 100% DX9.0 support.

no, you need a dirext x9.0b video card that supports smart shader 2.0 or higher. If its an ATi card you want to use then you will need a radeon 9000 series or better, but for that game i wouldnt recomend anything under a Radeon X850 or geforce 6 series

highly unlikely if it does it wont play well... 7800 is a lil over the top unless you want it in really high settings, 6600 will play it ok 7600 will be perfect for it though
