Hi
Well, it depends on your age.
IF you are over 21, some Universities have higher cut off age, you can enter as a mature student.
Usually the Uni will want you to have equivalent exam levels which in your case would be a High School Diploma but they are also interested in who's paying as well.
So if you are over 21, in most cases, and you have the money to pay up front for the course you can and should apply on line to UCAS (http://www.ucas.com/) or (http://www.ucas.com/search/) Then they may be able to help.
If you are younger than 21 then why not apply to come to the UK on a Student visa and join a 6th form college and do some A-levels three is a good number Maths, English & another and this will show you are Uni material when you aplly.
Good luck

You could do an access course this will bring you up to university entrance level, either that or try contacting some universities for information from them directly on entrance requirements, perhaps you could find a way of obtaining your diploma its very possible you could through the examination authority who ran your course. goodluck just go forth and find the required info.

You need to take the A level exam or some other standardized test from another country. Alternatively, you could enter into a foundation year program, which means that you do one year of coursework to get your skills up to an appropriate standard and to demonstrate that you're capable of university-level work in your subject area.

Nope, in the UK you usually need 3 A Level passes or your countries equivalent. contact a few universities and ask them what entrance requirements they have for the course you want to do.

You would need to show some qualifications to be accepted and maybe this diploma would do it. I believe there is a course you can take to qualify for entrance. I think it is called "common entrance". It takes about a year to do.
