If I pay these off, and negotiate with these collectors to have them removed from my credit bureaus, is it likely that they will remove these collections? Mostly hospital and doctor bills.

No, you probably wont hae much luck getting them to remove items from your CBR, once they are paid the balance will be updated to it;s been paid, which looks much better than outstanding collections. The accounts will however fall off after 7 years from the date of service.

Probably not. Once a debt hits collection it is very hard to get it removed from your report. Debt collectors are interested in one thing...and it's not customer service. The only time you will get something removed is if it was an error by the initial debt or collection agency.

once on your credit report, it is near imposable to get them removed.
