I have a painful pimplle on my forehead I thought it was a misquito bite at first but I know now its not...I need to get rid of it as soon as possible its a bit red and its a huge bump any ideas that should get rid of it quickly plz give details

Put toothpaste on it overnight. Or bar soap (like Dial) smudge soap & water on it overnight - voila it'll be gone by morning.

I use a needle for fast work i just cant stand to have them. I always get rid of them as soon as possible.

Put some antibiotic ointment on it. Acne is a bacterial infection and cleansers only work on the surface.
