I believe you shouldn't focus on winning. You should focus on doing something right.
Having said that, I do know that there are people who don't know or don't care what is right. They focus on finding a way to win and they often succeed. These folks clear their mind of any extraneous thoughts. They just concentrate on the step-by-step process involved in winning.
I've done that and it does seem to work.

YES!!! YOU need a MISSION STATEMENT!!!! That is where and what u r doing in a certain time framework. Then u need to decide on certain CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS that u will have to employ, in order to Achieve that MISSION STATEMENT. Then (IF UR REALLY CLEVER), decide whether it ,s all worth IT!!!!
