No, she's pregnant not dying. What the hell is this saying to everyone else who does something serious like her, Lindsay Lohan or Brittney Spears? That because the California County jail is crowded that we the little people will be let out like them too? Right... and the tooth fairy really shows up and gives us money for rotten teeth...

I believe that this was because she had spent time in jail prior to this 82 minutes. This was the result of cumulative jail time. Otherwise, I would not have made this decision. Peace and God Bless.

Nope. I think everyone needs to be held accountable for their actions. It shouldn't matter if you're on the "A" list or the "F"
list. When it comes to justice we should all be treated equally.
Sadly, that's just not the way it is.

The way I look at it the justice was for the people in the jail with her, would you want to be stuck in there with her?

Nope, she got off way too easy in my opinion, i think that just because shes famous doesn't mean she should get special treatment, if any she shouldn't be in this mess in the first place because she knows that so many kids today look up to famous people,(like herself) because they admire them, she is a horrible role model and in a way letting down these kids. Its her job to set at least a half decent example. And i bet it it was anyone else, they wouldn't have gotten off so easy.

I say that the special treatment should stop, its telling people that some people are more important than others, making them 'worthy' of special treatment. This is wrong and a type of discrimination, and we just sit back and let it happen.

Just My Opinion Though,
:]

I kind of asked a similar ? on here earlier today and of course the general consesus was a big fat no. I guess they had no "room" for her skinny lil butt in there. No justice at all and again, another celebrity gets away w/murder.
