You do NOT have breast cancer. You are going through puberty. It's totally normal, although it can hurt. I remember once when I was about 16 and my brother threw a football too hard. It hit me in the chest and hurt so bad, I cried.

It will get better, but it might take a couple years. Until then, stay away from underwire bras. They hurt worse. Sports bras are more comfortable.

You remind me so much of myself at your age. I literally thought I was going to die when I found my cervix for the first time. I thought it was a tumor. I was afraid to tell my mom that I had felt it "up there," so I told her I was in terrible pain and needed to see a doctor. When I explained to the doctor that I thought I had cancer, she told me it was just my cervix. I was SO embarrassed, but relieved.

It's hard growing up! Good luck, kid.

Breasts are often tender, especially around the time of your period. Also, you should be wearing a bra when you run, to give your breasts the right support. If you're worried, you should see a doctor, but I don't really think there's anything wrong.

Im not sure what it could definately be because I am not a doctor. But what I do know is that I have had a similar problem. Mine usually go away. But if you are concerned or they do not go away you should definately consult your doctor. Or your mom or some other woman that you feel comfortable talking to.

I did that and it turned out ok. I never found out what mine were because I didnt see a doctor, but you should if you feel like its nessicary or it would make you feel more comfortable.
