They could be compatible, but they aren't suitable for a 10 gallon tank. A Pair of rams really needs a bit more space than that but can be ok in a 10 gallon if they are alone. Also, they will claim a territory on the botom of the tank and constantly be picking at the other fish when they invade that space, which would be the entire bottom half of a 10 gallon.

Ditto above regarding the rams. Instead you may want to just stick to the cherry barbs and cordoras - you can double the number of each and have a nice tank going. Or you can skip the cherry barbs and go for a pair of dwarf gourami instead of the Rams, and I would still double the number of corydoras (they're best in groups).
