Any public figure can be hooked to show to public that the law is alive. No one ever dare to pin point any polititcian or gundas, black marketers or smugglers. Next day they or their position will not exist. This is an exercise to save the face of police and court.

No one ever counted the loss and gave any figure how much sandal wood and animals skins Veerappan stole from jungle. By killing veerappan all losses became profits.

sanjay dutt and salman khan have both paid for their misdeeds. If a politician is caught and the case proven against him without any doubt, the politician would also go to jail. Both these stars do entertain public but they are highly paid for that. Does it mean that they are beyond law. Salman Khan has killed people on the road, a has killed a protected animal and he should go scot free just because he entertains general public. Sanjay has kept illegal arms in house and u say he should be excused because he is a good person and a good actor . does being a good actor/entertainer gives u the right to do whatever illegal things u want.. Cheating,stealing public money are also crimes and the person concerned would be punished if he.she is caught and case proved against the person.

You are abso;utely wrong in your thinking.A criminal is a criminal and he deserves punishment under the law of the land.
Salman Khan and Sanjay dutt have got enough rope with all their bad habits of narcotics and other offences.They were potected enough.Salman khan still roams free and says he is treated badly because he is a muslim.The man in drunken state runs over poor people has not thought of his religion,or his religion permits such things.Same thing cricket player Azharuddin said when he was barred from cricket for match fixing.They think minorities can get away with any thing because they can create comunal violence.
Politicians are also punished many times,ChennaReddy CM of AP was debarred.Sibu Soren recently was put behind bars.I agree still many are free because of some constitutional previleges.
Every one must be punished even if he is a
noble laurete,if proved guilty.
Any one making repeated mistakes is a confirmed criminal or arrogant.Both your friends belong to this category.

Politicians and Businessmen will not get punishment for their frauds and scams. Reason is money and power. Not only political power but if u raise urr voice against them Goondas will come to ur house. Harshad metha's Rs.10000 Crores Scam is known to everyone, but he was not punished for that, he was on bail, enjoyed life and left the world, In the history of Independent India, not even a single politician punished for their their crimes. People has to raise their voice. Election commision should include the 49 'O' option inthe voting machine, then only their activites will be decreased.

It takes longer to convict a politician.Look at Sibu Soren.He is able to play all the tricks to which even the Govt is indirectly helping.
It is in the hands of the electorate to refrain from electing people with criminal background both directly and indirectly involved.That alone will cleanse the politics.Individuals cannot achieve this.They have to gather themselves and act or support those who are really interested in the welfare of the country and the people.

its the true fact that politicians have more support in the hands of law rather than the actors.the politicians are moving on the same field &they know all the holes in the laws.actors are not use to such curroptions they make mistakes but when it get a big issue there is no other go than them being treated a punishment.my conclution is that politicians are more experienced

Trust the lower level judiciary in this country to keep you entertained with sensational news.It's a different ball game when most of their decisions get reversed or modified by higher courts,when challenged.Mind you nothing ever happens to them about their faulty judgements.They are supreme and immune to anything.

Because,the duo mentioned, took to gun culture, believing that their social sway , and, intimacy to underworld dons and above ground politicians are with them, even if they kill;
but politicians kill only their rivals,swallow only money, knowing fully well, that money is not all in life and constantly live in fear.
politics is dirty; but it has to be there to run the country; the duo became deadly; being dirty is better than being deadly.

because our system guarders tend to take high moral ground.
they cant displease politicians as they depend on them to hav edecent postings, transfers etc but they dont need any favors from actors, so they are made scapegoats (to represent upper segment of society) to put forth impression that none is above law.
