I was wondering if anyone researches claims someone like the President makes (Such as the use of a quote in a speech or statistics) or the people who might refute his claims (checking their sources). This also applies to all elections.

I personally tend to do a lot of research about a candidate I support when they are accused of wrong doing so that I am armed with the "truth" before I call people on their misconceptions.

What is the biggest lie out there that drives you crazy when people bring it up and use a source please.

I tend to look up the actual text of bills being voted on when a lot of accusations start flying back and forth about people's votes, because quite often the "X" that so-and-so voted against/for isn't really how it's portrayed or there are other elements of the bill that put the vote in a different light.

Dr. Ron Paul may be the last chance we have to keep from completely selling out the future of our country.

Look into him. Yes, he's technically a (R), but he's no lawyer!

I'm not extending a fist or a finger your way. I'm offering you my hand in true unity.
