I've just paid my late court fine and the warrant block at the BMV has been lifted. My FRA suspension is up in September. I am moving to Kentucky this weekend. Will I be able to renew my license in Kentucky? Is there something I have to do in Ohio before I am able to get it in KY?

While it may be possible that Kentucky will miss the suspension in your record, don't risk it. In some cases you could face criminal charges by seeking a license you know you should not have. Your license is suspended until September. Don't attempt to get a new one until that time.

When the suspension is lifted you should be able to get a Ohio license. You can then take that to Kentucky and apply for the Kentucky license.

Obtain a written statement that your license will be reinstated in September. Have them note the exact date.
