i am looking at purchasing a peice of property on a lake that has a park model trailer--the trailer is a 1997 and the land is 2600 square feet--we would pay 50000.00 but no one seems to finance park models? does anyone know a company that finances park models? that are 10 years old -we have excellent credit

Since the property is on your own land and i assume you have a title for your Mobile Home you might want to talk to your local bank.
