Any restaurant in the US requires that enyone working in the kitchen must wear hair restraints...although sadly a lot of restuarants do not enforce this, but it is standard code for every county in every state. Law states that yes you do have to wear hats, but in some cases...nobody enforces it.

YOu would want to check with your local Health Department - different locations have different rules.
Where I am at, a hat or hairnet is required in the food prep industry.

yes they do because i have been there, but its kinda health issue becaues food would get in the pizza not only the pizza restaurant all restaurants.if not hats, but hair nets too.
