d) There are at least two distinct straight lines.

How many straight lines are there?

a) through d) are givens, correct? Then from a & d, there are at least 5 points. (Nothing says a point can't be used in more than 1 line.) But I see no upper limit.
Am I missing something? Like how many points there are?
