Generally every clothing store has clearance sections. The best time to shop clearance is when the seasons change because say right now you will find a great deal of summer clothes on clearance because they have to make room for autumn and winter styles. The key isn't Where to shop it's When to shop.

well it depends on where u live.Cause there's only certain stores in each state.But if u have a Gabriel Brother's store then go there cause they sell name brands for cheap there.Not Gucci but like Aeopostale and Hollister and Old Skool those kinds haha or if u have a Mervyns its best if u go there when there is a huge sale because there stuff can be cheap.But if there when there isn't a sale then some can be more then u budget for. hope i helped <3 bye :]

Well yeah i guess you could but they would have to be like from a vintage or a thrift store .... and if their that cheap their more likely to fall apart easily

i don't know were you live but i like to go to this place called Dots, they have cheap clothes. :) also clearance sections at Wal-Mart.

If you go into sale or clearance sections of any stores you will find really cheap stuff!!!
