Yes, the Eastern Star is an appendant body of Freemasonry, for women who are married or associated with Freemasons. Men also join :)

Not sure if this is what you are referring to but there is an appendant body called Jobs Daughters. This is for young women (aged 10-20; a counterpart for DeMolay for young men) who are related to a Master Mason.

Not sure what JoDeRa is, but yes the Order of Eastern Star is a concordant body of Freemasons for their spouses. They like all masonic bodies spend most of their time raising money for various charities and socializing.
