Marsupial has a pouch on the belly called marsupium. The name is suggestive enough!

Just the marsupial

Duck-Billed Platypus (together with the Echidna) are Monotremes and lay eggs. After hatching the young are simply cared for in a nest... no pouch.

Placental mammals retain their developing embryos in a uterus until a much later stage in development that the Marsupial mammals. In effect, the uterus and placenta replace the function of the pouch and mammary gland during gestation. After birth, an infant placental mammal is much more independent than a marsupial mammal and does not require the protection of an external pouch

Duck-Billed Platypuses lay eggs... they don't have pouches.

Placental mammals don't have pouches because they raise their embryos in a uterus.

Only marsupials have pouches.
