and quarrel with her to the max the next time you see her (there's a valid reason why), but once you saw her lovely face and felt her embrace, all your angry feelings are gone?

More times than I can count.
But I've also been so mad (many years ago) that I've punched holes in walls, wrecked my car, and gone out looking for the "other man" with a loaded shotgun.
Love is insanity.

uh...no. If I am that angry (whether it was with a gf or even my wife) those feelings don't just go away..no matter how much you love her. If there was some reason the issue could not be addressed at the time it happened..then it would be the first thing addressed at the very next opportunity. Letting things go like that will only cause them to fester long term. The next blow up..it all comes flying back out making it all worse than before. So nope...never have.

No I dont like to be yelled at so I dont yell at others...but then the time to worry with me is if I start talking very, very softly. That is the sign that I am about to really get mad.

I think if i was upset at you, that is how I would be affected. How could I remain pissed after that? It would definitely reduce the anger to the point we could just talk without any freaking out.
