...someone with a PHd in Philosophy?

Dear Der Wolfenmann,

May I tell you how "these" were?:

1. That is not the answer.

2 & 3. In my opinion, I abbreviated Ph.D wrong, sir.

4. But, then, you spelled "hork" wrong.

5. Ah, yes, I remember it well. Who was right DID depend on which class I was in at the time.

6. At least you can paper train a dog.

7. When you're wrong, you can always blame it on somebody else.

8. Technically, shouldn't we be referring to Descartes now in terms of "I thought, therefore I was?"

9. Who me? Actually, professor, I was sleeping. ...That was a snore, not an answer.

You get bonus points for having a Ph.D in anything.

7. "What hath God wrought!"

8. "...all this newfangled stuff about..."

And now for #1:

9. "I..."

I'm not sure about the most common phrase worldwide, but my philosophy professor at U.T. alternated between "HA! You're wrong!" and "You're an idiot!"
